Richmond police have identified the driver who died in a hit-and-run collision this morning as Fredy Cedero Aldama, 25. Around 2 a.m., Aldama was driving a Ford Explorer when it collided with a white Toyota Corolla at the Jahnke Road exit ramp off northbound Chippenham Parkway. The Explorer hit the concrete barrier wall on the ramp and Aldama was ejected from the vehicle. He died at the scene.
